Cabarete Condo for Rent in Dominican Republic

Just wanted to make an announcement…. Me and a friend of mine recently purchased a condo in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. We will be renting it out during the weeks that we won’t be using it.

The condo is in the heart of Cabarete. Cabarete is an amazing little beach town. There are about 10 outdoor beach bars in a row along the ocean. The bars have great happy hours and are packed at night, with a good mix of tourist, locals, and college students working down there.

If you’re into kite surfing, Cabarete is the kite surfing capital of the world. Trust me, its a great town…. why else would I be buying there?

Oh the girls… There are several options for those looking to sarge in the DR. First, you have all the girls down there on vacation. Last time down my friends and I pulled these three French/Canadian girls back to villa we were renting and had them screaming “Wi, Wi, Wi,” all night long…. Then there are the foreign girls (mostly Norwegians, Canadians, Swiss) living down there for a semester, waitressing and kite surfing… There girls are HOT but are a little bit more difficult to score with because they are usually working most nights. Finally there are the local Dominican girls. These girls are the most fun… they’ll fuck you the first night.. but they’ll expect a “tip.” They’re not exactly prostitutes but I definatley wouldn’t go bareback.

Anyway, the town of Cabarete, and the bordering town Sosua are amazing for a week long vacation. Women, Beautiful ocean, kite surfing, good food, cheap prices are all the reason to head down there.
