Play or Be Played
So I was at my girlfriends apartment the other night, and while she was in the bathroom I was scanning her bookshelf to see if there was anything interesting.
And I find this book Play or Be Played.
The book was written by author, Tariq Nasheed, who also penned the classic book The Art of Macking.
Even though my book shelf is filled with books on “how to seduce women” I feel oddly…played.
The funniest thing about the book is it was written with a bit of an urban appeal. Which makes it funnier that the innocent little girl I’m dating is taking advice such as “what it takes to get with a baller,” “ways to spot a scrub,” and “Are you a hoochie? Take the chicken head test.”
Hilarious really.
Of course I put the book in my pocket and took it home with me. I figured I would do quick review of it here for you guys and girls.
Here is a list of the 10 main rules Tariq lays out for women to follow… let me know what you think.
Rule 1: A man does not have to like you to have sex with you.
Rule 2: A female’s ability to attract attention will get a man, but what a female does to receive appreciation will keep a man.
Rule 3: When a man’s non verbal language tells you what he’s about, you better accept it.
Rule 4: The way to start off a relationship is the way you will end a relationship.
Rule 5: If a man agrees to everything you say, no matter how far fetched or unusual it is, he just wants to have sex with you.
Rule 6 All man love hoes.Just not as girlfriends or wives.
Rule 7: When a man cheats, 80% of the time it has nothing to do with you.
Rule 8: Never let a relationship monopolize your whole identity.
Rule 9: Accumulating positive experiences leads to options, and accumulating negative experiences leads to baggage.
Rule 10: The people you date will usually be a reflection of you, and who you are mentally and socially.
