The Book of Est is Available Once Again!

There was a controversial self help movement in the 1970s called Est. The seminars that were held back then were supposedly some of the most intense life changing experiences in their day.

The Book of Est is a transcribed version of one of their powerful seminars that supposedly reads like a novel. I have always been fascinated by the ideas behind Est. Attendees of the seminars during the 70s claim to have experiences powerful results.

Luke Rhinehart is a hypnotic writer who is said to have brought the essense of the seminar to the book.

Awhile back someone told me about Est but the only copies I found available were on Amazon for $75 and up.
