Video Fun: “The Incredibly Slow Murderer”

This is something that must be watched.
It’s been going around the Internets for a bit now, but has been going uber-viral over the past week, suddenly getting linked at places like Chud.com, which means it’s time to bring it your attention. The short 10-minute piece by director Richard Gale – featuring, as the title hints at, an incredibly slow murderer who uses an extremely inefficient weapon – features more humor, scares, and just gosh darn well-done filmmaking than pretty much anything that’s come out in actual movie theaters over the past year.
While it works as an extended trailer – complete with the voiceover narrator – there really is plenty of story going on here. And is there anyone who watches this that wouldn’t want to see a full 90-minute version of this story? Get this man a development deal!
