I never thought I would be into a 19th century Japanese novel, but Sebastian Drake sent me a copy of Musashi and I can’t stop reading it.

I’m headed up to Boston today to meet visit Yefim Shubentsov. The guy apparently has the ability to harness bio energy through his hands to do amazing things. I’ve heard some solid reviews and will keep you guys posted. In the meantime you can check out his book Cure Your Cravings.
