Old School Dips and DB Press Workout
Directions:
This is a standard quad set. Perform each exercise then move on to the next exercise with NO REST. After completion of the 4 exercises you may take a 1 min rest before beginning the next set. Repeat exercise for a total of 5 sets.
1. Quad set
2. Dips till failure
3. 5 heavy flat bench DB press
4. Dips till failure
5. 5 heavy incline bench DB press
6. (1 MIN REST AND REPEAT)
