Build Serious Muscle With These 10 Recipes

We?re all aware of the health implications of eating red meat, but this shouldn?t put you off eating it. In fact, getting the right amount of it on board is a great source of quality protein. However, if you?re not entirely comfortable with eating red meat, there are plenty of muscle-building meals out there you can try.

Always remember though to try and keep variation in your meals. Eating the same red meat dish every day becomes tiresome very quickly and may cause you to come off the wagon.?Check out these protein-packed recipes over at Men?s Fitness:

Perfect Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 tbsp canola oil
1 cup diced red potato
1 large sweet potato, diced
8 oz pork loin
1 cup white rice
1/2 red pepper, sliced
2 tbsp red onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, chopped

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high. Saute red and sweet potatoes, stirring frequently, until slightly browned, about 12 minutes. Clear skillet, add 2 tbsp oil, and cook pork loin for 3 minutes each side.
  2. Cook rice according to packaging instructions.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute red pepper, onion, broccoli, and carrots, stirring frequently, until tender and slightly browned, about 10 minutes.
