Must-Read: Best Running Gear
Running is not a pleasurable activity. If it was, we would be doing it all of the time and it would be illegal, as that is what we do with most of our pleasurable activities. It is, instead, a necessity that we have in order to stay in shape and keep us from dying of an overworked heart at the age of 35. But seeing as it’s necessary, it doesn’t have to be THAT bad. All you need to make it a bit less terrible is by making a few changes to your style. Sometimes that means where you run and how you run, but other times it means figuring out what equipment you need.
So today we’re heading on over to Men’s Health where they have a number of items that can help your running workouts. Among the items that they recommend in order to make it worthwhile:
Motorola S10 HD Bluetooth Stereo
The reign of the ubiquitous iPod earbuds is officially over?or, at least, we think it should be. Serious runners demand a cord-free experience, and for that task, the Motorola S10 HD has few peers. The wireless Bluetooth headset sits comfortably behind your ears, and it can sync up to your phone from 33 feet away. The S10 automatically pauses for incoming calls, too, and resumes playing when they?re over. A single charge will net you eight hours of tunes (or nine hours of gabbing) and the sweat-proof ear cushions ensure they?ll stay clean, even after the most brutal treadmill session.
Head on over to the above link to check out the rest of their suggestions, and then get to running for your life out there! Well, not for your life. But sort of for your life, seeing as being in shape will help you. So, okay then! Have a great weekend, everyone.
Do girls leave you confused as to whether or not they like you?
Let's face it. Girl's don't make it easy for you. She will often send mixed signals leaving you unable to tell if she is being friendly or flirty. If you read her signals wrong you risk rejection and embarrassment. Or worse, you blow it with a girl who wanted to kiss you.
Here is a simple and innocent move that will instantly tell you if you're in the friend zone, or if she's waiting for you to kiss her.
