Must-Read: Best Headphones for Running
Not. These.
We’ve already gone on record that we do not enjoy running. We get it, and it’s something that we have to do in order to stay in shape, but you will never get us admitting that we actually “like” it. But we only consent to run if we have headphones and a nice podcast to listen to. That is the only way you’ll get us to strap on the shoes, don the shorts, and head on over to the local track. But there’s something that happens to us. We don’t know if our ears are in a particularly weird shape, or we have too much sweat pouring out or something that makes them slip, but whenever we get a few yards out of our place, our earphones pop right out. And it completely ruins the rest of our run. It is the worst.
Which is why today we’re heading over to Men’s Health who list the best headphones for running over at the website. For instance, among the selections over there are these beauties:
yurbuds Ironman Inspire Duro
A cult favorite among serious endurance athletes (CEO Richard Daniels has completed 24 marathons), yurbuds have a uniquely shaped silicone cap that twists into your ears so they don?t fall out. That cap also makes sure that the delicate technology inside the headphone itself stays protected from your sweat. And the cloth cords are comfortable against your skin if you?re running sans shirt or in a tank.
