Must-Read: How To Be Positive This Year
There’s something both extraordinary and exhausting about positive people. You know them. You’ve seen them everywhere. They’re just sitting around, smiling like crazy, saying “hi” to everyone, shaking hands, remembering people’s names, and on and on. And if you’re not one of them (which, honestly, we are not) it’s sickening to see that. But, at the same time, there’s also something kind of jealousy-inducing about them. They seem to have everything figured out. And there’s, no doubt, a part of you that wishes you were like them and able to move through life with such ease.
The thing is, though, you can! As long as you understand that (a) there’s no way they are truly that positive when they’re behind closed doors; (b) you can fake it, too!

No.5 Don’t complain
Complainers are downers, pure and simple. When talking to people, especially a prospective love interest, don?t bitch and whine. Don?t talk about the things that make you mad. Don?t sulk; it makes you look like you’re in a rut.
Simple enough. Instead of always whining about everything going wrong, just let it out when you’re by yourself and not around others. You will be thought of as positive in no time. So make this, 2012, the year of positivity.
