Must-Download: Men’s Health’s Grocery List
As I type this, I just spent a whooping $75 on groceries at the local Ralph’s. (With my Ralph’s card, that was $25 worth of savings!) And boy, if I’m not already regretting spending that much money. The food will, hopefully, last me a few weeks … but in all likelihood I’m going to end up throwing half of it away because it’ll go bad before I use it. Which is why I should’ve stumbled onto this link only a few hours ago.
Men’s Health is offering a free download to their “Shop Once, Eat for a Week” guide to grocery shopping. And it is amazing.
You have to enter in your email address at the website which means you may be in line for some marketing spam. (Although, no doubt, the folks at the site will claim they’re not using your email address for nefarious purposes, and we tend to believe that.) But when you do, they send you a PDF that will instruct you for how to shop once a week, spend $50 at the story, and have enough good meals to last you. And it’s healthy stuff too, so you can maintain your body while saving money. Really, we cannot endorse this enough.
Do girls leave you confused as to whether or not they like you?
Let's face it. Girl's don't make it easy for you. She will often send mixed signals leaving you unable to tell if she is being friendly or flirty. If you read her signals wrong you risk rejection and embarrassment. Or worse, you blow it with a girl who wanted to kiss you.
Here is a simple and innocent move that will instantly tell you if you're in the friend zone, or if she's waiting for you to kiss her.
