New Study Shows Brazil Has The Right Idea

Fazendo sexo, fazendo amor, tendo rela??es sexuais; it all boils down to the same advice from a Brazilian health minister? sex and lots of it. During Health Minister Jose Gomes Temporao?s campaign to prevent high blood pressure, he recommended regular vigorous exercise as a preventative measure, including sex and dancing.
High blood pressure is actually a serious health problem in Brazil, affecting about a quarter of the population. ?People need to be active. A weekend football game must not be the only physical activity for a Brazilian. Adults need to do exercise: walk, dance and have safe sex,? said Temporao.
Bold is, understandably, mine. To summarize: Everyone in Brazil is being encouraged to have sex as a way to prevent high blood pressure. Meaning all of the ladies in Brazil who do not have sexual partners will be looking for someone to help them perform that “recommended regular vigorous exercise”.
