Video Fun: Fast Man With Balls!

If you’re a Chicago Bears fan like myself, then you know it’s been a bit of an up-and-down year. While it’s fun having a guy behind center who can throw more than 30 yards down the field, it’s not so fun having the former quarterback (who could only throw 20 yards) leading a team to a better record. And while the team has been showing a few flashes of brilliance here and there (a win against the defending champion Steelers and the second-half route of the Lions) the joy is quickly forgotten by an inevitable awful performance (ugh, that Bengals game).

One player, however, that’s been a revelation is rookie wide receiver Johnny Knox. Not only does he have a name extremely similar to everyone’s favorite Jackass, his explosiveness has given the team their most effective return man since Devin Hester was Devin Hester. He also was instrumental in exposing us to one of the great talents of this young season: The Bears ball boy.

Watch closely:

Now watch again and pay close attention to the sideline up top from about the 40-yard line on. That ball boy nearly keeps pace the entire time with Knox as he speeds into the end zone. Awesome.
