Cool Shit: Sarah’s Smash Shack

It’s not a party until people get mangled and break stuff. Sadly, most people frown upon you running around destroy there stuff. Not at Sara’s Smash Shack in San Diego California,  Found Sarah Lavely work up one morning and thought “I wish I could just go somewhere and break some things… I should open a shop where people can come and break stuff!” A Short time later, the Smash Shack was born.  They have a full menu of breakable things (10 plates for $35 bucks, 10 shot glasses for $12, ect) or you can bring your own… personally I have a cellphone or two I’d like to destroy. Here’s one nifty thing, all of the broken bits get donated to local artisans and programs to go on to become mosaic artwork.
