This is more then a little awkward… a beat cop grabs a dudes penis during a street frisking. On a side note do we have any readers who are in law enforcement… I have so many questions now, like:  What is the proper way to frisk someone, can dudes frisk chicks and do you mistake dudes genitals for weapons or contraband often?
